The purpose of mediation is to resolve disputes. 

 

Far too often impediments to settlements include scheduling the event, the location of the event and availability and appropriateness of the mediators themselves.  I work with the express purpose of alleviating external impediments to settlements by providing complete scheduling services, excellent centralized location, always available, mediators who are carefully determined to be appropriate for your specific dispute.

We coordinate available dates between counsel for the parties.  We contact each and every person counsel lists as a necessary participant and coordinate to find just the right day and time for your event.  Unless, expressly authorized we do not  contact actual parties due to confidentiality laws.
