MEDIATION

The purpose of mediation is to resolve disputes

Having participated in thousands of successful and unsuccessful mediations, I know that far too often impediments to settlements include scheduling the event, the location of the event to the participants, and availability and appropriateness of the mediators themselves.

I mediate with the express purpose of alleviating impediments to settlements by providing full-day, half-day, and 2-hour mediations. My extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution on both sides of the docket uniquely qualifies me to assist in the settlement process of any legal matter.

You can book the most common, always available virtual mediation, or you can request one of our excellent centralized locations in Houston, Harris County, or Conroe, Montgomery County, for the rare in-person mediation

I expect the parties to coordinate available dates before booking.  Once booked, I contact each counsel listed as a necessary participant to coordinate logistics and requested documentation. Unless expressly authorized we never contact actual parties due to confidentiality laws.
